U10 Cross Ice

Bradford Bulldogs U10 team had a successful trip to Widnes on 24/11 asguests of Manchester Phoenix. They won their first match againstManchester 9-2 but the game was much closer than the final score suggestedwith both teams playing some good hockey. In the second match they facedBlackburn who tried hard but had no answer to Bradford and were dispatchedby the Bulldogs 9-0. The final match against Deeside was much closer butBradford finally came out winners by 4-0 mainly due to their betterdiscipline under pressure in what was a hard fought and at times physicalgame. All in all we had a very successful afternoon with two clean sheetsagainst three good teams.
