U18 Home: Bradford 5 - Sutton 3

The Sutton home game, on the 2nd November, saw Adam Barnes score at 1:36 assisted by James Royds and Abbie Culshaw, then an equalizer from Sutton at 3:29. Niks Veiss scored a bullet of a goal from just inside the blue line at 6 minutes, and Sutton equalized again at 10:00 minutes. In the second period Connor Parkin got the third goal for the Bulldogs at 30:37 assisted by Jay Fagan, and Josh Richardson followed that by an unassisted goal at 34:56. At 37:05 Sutton made the score 4:2, but a scuffle around the Bradford net saw the penalties begin to pile up, whilst Andrew Button was laid in the net very still as if injured, the fists were flying all around him, and a few misconducts were sorted by the reffs as we took an early break to the period. Connor Parkin and Niks Veiss left the ice for the remainder of the game. Thankfully Andrew was unhurt. In the third period Adam Barnes scored again, assisted by Ryan Kemp, taking the score to 5:3 in the Bulldogs favour, Andrew had a massive 68 shots on and well deservedly received the MVP, well done!!
