Bulldogs HockeyFest 3-on-3 tournament a huge success
NUMBERS GAME: Action from one of the Under-14 games in the Bulldogs’ HockeyFest 3-on-3 tournament.
BRADFORD BULLDOGS staged its first-ever 3-on-3 tournament in June, with players at Under-14 and Under-18 age groups taking part.
In all, 80 players in eight teams played 18 games across the day with an eventual winner decided in each age group.
In the Under-18 category, it was the Arctic Assassins who prevailed, seeing off Magic in a shoot-out after a thrilling final between them had ended 4-4.

In the Under-14 tournament, it was The Coyotes who lifted the trophy when they edged out The Mighty Pucks 2-1.
Thanks to the players, managers and coaches from Manchester Storm Academy, Widnes Wild, Billingham Stars and elsewhere who came down and helped make the event the success it was.
There are plans of holding a similar event over the Christmas period, so watch this SPACE!
